Returns Policy


MI MOSO RETURNS

Mi Moso is committed to providing quality products to our customers.  If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any product supplied by Mi Moso, please return it to us in original condition within 7 days of receipt and we will replace it or refund your purchase price using the original payment method.

Our usual returns policy does not apply to sale items.  Sale items are not able to be returned unless they are faulty, however we will happily exchange for another item of same or more value.  For this there is a $10 administration fee to be paid before exchanged item will be sent.

To return or exchange a product, complete the form below, email a copy to admin@mimoso.co.nz, and enclose the form with your packaged items.  Failing to do this may result in a delay for your items being exchanged or refunded.

OUR RETURNS POLICY

 You can return any product to us within 7 days of receipt (excludes sale items)

  • The items must be in original packaging with all labels and swing tags still attached
  • The completed returns form must be emailed to admin@mimoso.co.nz and included with your package
  • If you are returning an item for exchange (ie. The same style is being changed for a different size or colour), there is a $10 administration fee payable, this will include postage of your exchanged item
  • If you are returning an item and reordering another item (ie. A different style than you are returning), there is a $10 administration fee payable, this will include postage of your exchanged item
  • To ensure the best possible fulfilment, we recommend that you email us to reserve the styles you require, admin@mimoso.co.nz
  • We recommend that you return your item/s via a guaranteed delivery service, and/or obtain a proof of postage as we cannot beheld liable for any goods lost in transit to us. The items are your responsibility until they reach us
  • If the information above is not followed, this may result in delays in processing your return. If followed correctly, returned items will be processed within 5-7 working days.
  • Sale items are excluded from Mi Moso Returns unless faulty
  • Your postage charges on returns are not refundable
